Booth Options & Pricing
Each booth is 10’ × 10’ and includes pipe and drape, one 8-foot table, and two chairs.
Conference dates: May 14–15, 2027 at The Monument in Rapid City, SD. Vendor registration for 2027 is now open.
Add-Ons & Upgrades
Corner placement gives you two open sides for greater visibility and traffic.
Extra 8-foot tables are $15 each. Maximum 2 tables per booth. You may also bring your own table at no charge.
Stamp Card Drawing
Conference attendees carry a stamp card throughout the vendor hall. When they visit your booth and receive your stamp, they're entered into a drawing for prizes donated by vendors and sponsors.
This program drives traffic to every booth and creates a fun, interactive experience for families. The more booths they visit, the more entries they earn — giving vendors meaningful face time with attendees.
- All registered vendors are automatically included in the stamp card program.
- You'll receive a rubber stamp for your booth at check-in.
- Vendors may donate prizes — contact us if you'd like to contribute an item for the drawing.
Vendor Workshop Sessions
Vendors can lead a 45-minute presentation session for $75 to showcase your curriculum, product, or service directly to an engaged audience of homeschooling families. Sessions are first come, first served.
Workshop times are 11:40 AM–12:25 PM and 12:35–1:20 PM on both Friday and Saturday. Only a projection screen is guaranteed — all other AV equipment is the vendor's responsibility.
