Conference Date – May 2-3, 2025

Vendor registration deadline is March 3rd, 2025. Registrations received after that date may not be included in the conference program and will be subject to a 20% late fee.

Booth Size Options

Each booth is 10ft x 10ft and includes pipe and drape, one 8-foot table, two chairs and a waste basket.

Additional Booth Options

Each booth includes one 8-foot table.

For extra tables:

  • 1 booth = 1 table provided. Need 2 tables? Request 1 additional.
  • 3 booths = 3 tables provided. Need 5 tables? Request 2 additional.

Each extra table costs $15. You may bring your own at no charge.

Note: No more than 2 tables fit in a single booth.

Vendor Stamp Drawings

By donating a prize to the drawing pool, your booth will be added to the Vendor Stamp Cards. Conference attendees are able to enter fully stamped cards as entries for the drawing.

Vendor Workshops

Cost: $40 each,  45 minutes long and are provided on a first come first served basis.

Workshop times are from 11:40am-12:25pm and 12:35-1:20pm on both days of the conference.

Vendor presentation rooms are guaranteed to be provided only with a projection screen. All AV equipment is the responsibility of the vendor.

Vendor Workshop descriptions must be submitted by March 3, 2025 to ensure inclusion on the conference website and program.

Refunds are not guaranteed after March 3, 2025, but may be considered if your spot is filled.
